Chris has been involved in the real estate business for over 25 years. As a home builder, commercial developer and real estate investor, he brings a unique perspective to the auction business, as he bought and sold many properties at auction prior to becoming an auctioneer. He joined a prominent auction company in Memphis, TN in 2002 where he sold hundreds of properties throughout the United States before setting his sights on opening an office in Florida in 2006.
Jeff has been a real estate broker since 1982 and an auctioneer since 2004. He is the founder and president of Morris Realty & Auction operating in Memphis, Tennessee, a real estate and personal property auction company since 2007. Jeff has earned the CAI designation, the highest designation available to an auctioneer and the AARE designation, Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate. He also a member of the Tennessee Auctioneer Commission and a member of Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR), the National Auctioneers Association, the Tennessee Auctioneers Association, and the Mississippi and Arkansas Auctioneer Associations. NALLOA (National Auctioneer License Law Officials of America) elected Jeff as its President in July, 2014.

Her real estate career began more than 15 years ago. After moving to the beautiful gulf coast of Florida, she made the transition from handling real estate closings to traditional real estate sales. After experiencing several auctions and being intrigued by the dynamics of the process, Vicki decided to focus her career exclusively on real estate auctions in 2008.

After 20 years of vacationing on the Emerald Coast, Jimmy decided to call the Emerald Coast his home. With a background in marketing and finance, Jimmy is well known for his attention to detail and facilitating a smooth transaction process for his clients while offering a strategic yet personable approach to selling and buying Real Estate.
Combining his love for the beach and his passion for Real Estate as well as his experience and expertise of residential lending, Jimmy provides a vast array of knowledge to clients selling and purchasing property. Jimmy is very active in the community and currently serves as an executive board member for Habitat for Humanity of Walton County.

Jerrett has been a realtor for over 14 years specializing in real estate via the auction method of sale and traditional methods of sale. Jerrett is a licensed real estate broker, licensed auctioneer and state certified residential real estate appraiser. Jerrett has extensive experience in selling and closing real estate through the auction method of sale. He works closely with both sellers and buyers in making their auction closing a smooth and painless process.
